Job Description

What you'll be doing:

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with photocopier equipment, including copiers, printers, and scanners

Perform routine maintenance and servicing on photocopier equipment, such as cleaning, adjusting, and replacing parts as needed

Respond to customer requests and provide on-site or remote support to resolve technical problems

Maintain detailed records of all service activities and report on equipment performance

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends in the photocopier and office equipment industry

• Fresh graduate, non-experience or experienced are welcome.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is a plus)

• Strong teamwork, positive attitude & responsibility
• Diploma in IT, Electrical & Electronic, or a related field
