Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of the company. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the business development team
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and pitch decks
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients
• Maintain and update client databases and contact lists
• Support in research for potential clients, industries, and market trends
• Help manage documentation including contracts, briefs, and reports
• Present the company’s profile, services, and capabilities effectively to prospective clients through meetings and calls.

KPI/Sucess Metrics

• Generate new business leads.
• Meet sales and revenue targets.
• Arrange client meetings.
• Maintain client follow-ups & CRM updates.
• Support team coordination and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience, including at least 1 year in an agency environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Empathetic and emotionally intelligent team player.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools.
