Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and trend-savvy Influencer (KOL) Specialist to join the team at BLWN. This role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of influencer campaigns across multiple brands and industries. You will manage day-to-day coordination with creators, support campaign execution from sourcing to reporting, and help ensure smooth communication between influencers, clients, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media culture, creator trends, and digital storytelling, with strong communication and relationship management skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment while managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and recommend suitable influencers and content creators based on campaign objectives, target audience, and brand alignment.
- Manage end-to-end coordination of KOL campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, content follow-ups, posting schedules, and reporting.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creator agencies.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines to ensure content is published accurately and on schedule.
- Review influencer content submissions to ensure alignment with campaign requirements, brand guidelines, and platform best practices.
- Support campaign reporting by tracking content performance, engagement metrics, and campaign deliverables.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide campaign updates, status tracking, and influencer recommendations.
- Stay updated on social media trends, creator movements, viral content, and emerging influencers across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to influencer management, campaign documentation, contracts, and tracking sheets.
- Support brainstorming and ideation for influencer-first and social-first campaign activations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of influencer culture, creator ecosystems, and major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
- Familiarity with influencer sourcing, creator research, and campaign coordination processes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in liaising with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage campaign trackers, briefs, timelines, and deliverables accurately.
- Good copywriting and briefing skills for influencer communication and campaign documentation.
- Analytical and adaptable, with the ability to identify trends and interpret basic campaign performance metrics.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Passionate about social media trends, digital culture, and emerging creators.

- Campaign execution: Successful and timely delivery of KOL campaigns and influencer deliverables.
- Creator management: Strong responsiveness, coordination, and relationship management with influencers and talent representatives.
- Content quality: Accuracy and alignment of influencer content with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and platform best practices.
- Campaign performance: Achievement of campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, views, content output, and audience interaction.
- Reporting & organisation: Timely preparation of campaign trackers, reporting documents, and status updates.
- Influencer sourcing: Ability to identify relevant, high-quality, and trend-relevant creators that fit campaign objectives and budgets.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Effective communication and coordination with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
