Job Description

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures and product packaging.

Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, innovative ideas and creative concepts.
• Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery.
• Ensuring all creative outputs align with strategic goals and high visual standards.
• Translate complex ideas into intuitive, engaging and scalable visual solutions across print and digital mediums.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, review the work and maintain the high quality output.
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay up to date with industry developments, design trends, and tools.
• Assist in executing and reviewing Final Artworks (FA) to guarantee accurate visual output.
• Capable of working independently and taking ownership of problem-solving.

KPI/Success Metrics

1. Delivery of high-quality creative work within agreed timelines and project requirements.
2. Consistent execution of brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
3. Effective collaboration with internal teams and timely completion of design deliverables.
4. Strong creative direction, attention to detail, and quality control of final artwork outputs.

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work, including branding, digital, and print projects.
• Hands-on experience with image editing software, 
• Proficient in design software, like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts
• Attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
• Capable with FA skills and high sensitivity on measurement to ensure all output is correct.
