About the Role
Experienced Senior Graphic Designer to conceptualize and execute high-impact visual campaigns. You will act as a brand champion, elevating the visual standards of the team, mentoring junior designers, and driving complex design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of complex multi-channel campaigns.
• Elevate brand aesthetics and establish new visual guidelines as the brand evolves.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Marketing leads to align visual outputs with strategic business goals.
• Manage end-to-end design production, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to produce high accurate FA.

KPI/Success Metrics

1. Delivery of high-quality creative work within agreed timelines and project requirements.
2. Consistent execution of brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
3. Effective collaboration with internal teams and timely completion of design deliverables.
4. Strong creative direction, attention to detail, and quality control of final artwork outputs.

Job Requirements

Requirements & Skills

• 2 to 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or brand environment.
• Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern design tools.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale design projects independently.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic creative thinking and stellar execution.
