Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, multi-talented Videographer, Editor, and Content Creator to own our visual pipeline from concept to final render. In this role, you won't just be operating a camera; you will be the driving force behind our visual brand across social media, product launches, and corporate promos.

We don't run a heavy, over-engineered Hollywood set—our focus is on staying fast, lean, and agile. We need a creator who is a master of resourcefulness, someone who knows how to use lightweight, mobile gear to create high-end, premium-looking results. Your day-to-day will be fast-paced and highly creative—split between planning shoots, directing talent, capturing dynamic automotive content, and executing cutting-edge edits using the Adobe Suite, CapCut, and modern AI video tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Production & Planning: Developing shot plans & location, and organizing schedules to ensure efficient shoot days.
• On-Site Production: Directing, framing, and capturing high-quality video. You will lead agile shoots ranging from polished corporate interviews and talent-led videos to dynamic, high-energy automotive shoots.
• Post-Production Editing: Assembling and editing content across multiple formats. This includes advanced color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics in Premiere Pro and After Effects, alongside fast, trendy edits in CapCut.
• AI Integration & Prompting: Actively utilizing and prompting generative AI video/image tools to accelerate workflows, generate unique assets, or enhance B-roll.
• Graphic Design: Designing engaging video thumbnails, basic social media layouts, and static ad creative using Photoshop.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• The Technical Stack: High proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and CapCut. Additional knowledge and proficiency in other relevant video and audio editing softwares are added advantage.
• Automotive & Talent Shooting Experience: Proven experience capturing vehicles (managing reflections/glare, tracking shots, using CPL filters) and directing on-camera talent (making people feel comfortable, guiding pacing).
• Resourceful Production Skills: Ability to get high-end results out of a lean, mobile gear setup. You know how to maximize natural light, use basic LED panels effectively, capture clean audio with compact mics, and shoot stable footage on mirrorless cameras or smartphones.
• AI Literacy: Practical experience with modern AI creative tools (e.g., Runway Gen-3, Midjourney, Sora, Luma Dream Machine, or similar video/image generation platforms).
• The Right Attitude: A positive, solutions-oriented mindset. You are independant, adaptable when plans change on set, highly collaborative, and receptive to creative feedback.
• Logistics : Ability to work from our main office daily, with the flexibility to travel to various on-site shoot locations as required. (Must have a valid driver's license).
