Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Editor with a strong passion for visual storytelling and social media content creation. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in shooting and editing compelling short-form videos, particularly tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Photography skills are a valuable asset and will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and produce dynamic short-form video content and reels optimized for social media engagement.
   
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with brand tone and messaging.
   
• Photography: Capture visually appealing photographs for use in social media campaigns or to complement video content.
   
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to develop creative concepts that support brand campaigns and social media objectives.
   
• Storytelling: Craft engaging visual narratives using a mix of video, audio, and photography techniques.
   
• Creative Contribution: Provide fresh ideas and recommendations to enhance the impact and quality of visual content.
   
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of output by ensuring all content is error-free, brand-consistent, and optimized for target platforms.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
   
• Proficient in industry-standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva, and other relevant software.
   
• Proven experience producing content specifically for social media platforms, especially Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.
   
• Solid understanding of camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
   
• Photography experience with a good eye for composition, and photo editing skills are a strong advantage.
   
• Up-to-date with current trends, formats, and best practices in social media content.
   
• Strong storytelling skills and a flair for creative visual direction.
   
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
   
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
   
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
