Job Description

Budgeting, Cost Control, Reporting & Administration

  • Formulate monthly and annual sales budgets/targets as set by management and ensure timely, accurate submission of sales collection and cashiering reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to plan and execute promotional initiatives in support of achieving sales targets.
  • Monitor and control outlet budgets and expenditures on an ongoing basis.
  • Closely supervise cashiering operations to ensure accurate recording of daily sales transactions.
  • Compile, analyse, and track sales performance reports for submission to management.

Personnel Management

  • Provide continuous training, coaching, and guidance to team members on service standards and product/menu knowledge.
  • Prepare duty rosters and work schedules in accordance with operational requirements.
  • Handle employee disciplinary matters and discrepancies, and conduct regular briefings or meetings with staff.
  • Coordinate the recruitment of full-time and part-time employees based on operational needs.

Operational Management

  • Drive operational excellence while managing operating costs to achieve targeted P&L results.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure outlet cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on matters related to company quality systems, values, and compliance requirements, including HACCP.
  • Optimise resource utilisation to meet targeted levels of customer delivery, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Develop cost-efficient operational strategies to achieve optimal performance outcomes.
  • Ensure all restaurants comply with standard operating procedures, company policies, and fire safety and security regulations.
  • Effectively manage and develop restaurant managers to enhance performance and maximise overall sales results across the company.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English is required; ability to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
