BOAT NOODLE PURCHASING EXECUTIVE ( 6 MONTH CONTRACT)

Responsibility

Sourcing & Purchasing

• Find, evaluate and engage suppliers to achieve cost savings and best value for goods and services ; existing products and new products
• Liase with related department on the right specification on the products (food & non food) /equipment that suit the business purpose
• Responsible on the monthly material purchase (food & non-food) based on planning given by production supervisor.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products and responsible on any related issue with proper action
• Key in invoices in QuickBooks system within the time frame 
• Maintain updated records of documentation of purchased products 

Others

• Responsible on yearly supplier evaluation based on Halal & ISO standards.
• Plan for yearly supplier audit
• Manage Halal certificate of raw materials for CK and outlets and ensure the data is up to date 

Job Requirements

  Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Food Technology/ Supply Chain or related discipline.
• At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• High level of integrity and meticulousness.
• Strong people skills with pleasant personality.
