Job Description

As a Customer Service, you will have chance to overall in charge of Customer Service, On-time Order processing & Delivery related matters.

You will also play an important role in:

• Attend to incoming telephone, e-mail & fax inquiry.
• To ensure On-time Customer Order processing, prepare Delivery Order, Invoice & arrange delivery.
• To prepare quotation & maintain proper records for all matters relating to Order, Delivery & Customer
  Requirements documentation.
• Ensuring good coordination with other related departments, including sales, purchasing, technical & operations team.
• Responsible to document customers' needs, communicate & liaise with all concerned departmental Heads ensure customers' requirements are understood & can be fulfilled.
• To involve in Quality Management System (QMS) related activities e.g., Internal Audit, Continual Improvement program, Training & etc.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher in related management discipline.
• Highly motivated, remuneration for self starter, hardworking & service orientated attitude.
• Ability to solve customer problem and good in follow up cases, work independently, patient & possess initiative.
• Excellent Observation, Creative, Good Analytical & Communication Skills.
