We work together with our customers to formulate product that fit our customer desired requirements in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery. We are committed to the compliance of the relevant Environment, Safety and Health legislation, regulation and other requirements of our activities, products and services in BVSB.

compound under the brand name of "B-Compound".

What We Do

As a Customer Service, you will have chance to overall in charge of Customer Service, On-time Order processing &amp; Delivery related matters.
You will also play an important role in:
<ul>
<li>﻿﻿Attend to incoming telephone, e-mail &amp; fax inquiry.</li>
<li>﻿﻿To ensure On-time Customer Order processing, prepare Delivery Order, Invoice &amp; arrange delivery.</li>
<li>﻿﻿To prepare quotation &amp; maintain proper records for all matters relating to Order, Delivery &amp; Customer Requirements documentation.</li>
<li>﻿﻿Ensuring good coordination with other related departments, including sales, purchasing, technical &amp; operations team.</li>
<li>﻿﻿Responsible to document customers' needs, communicate &amp; liaise with all concerned departmental Heads ensure customers' requirements are understood &amp; can be fulfilled.</li>
<li>﻿﻿To involve in Quality Management System (QMS) related activities e.g., Internal Audit, Continual Improvement program, Training &amp; etc.</li>
</ul>
