Work in the area of product and:
- Assist commercial product manager and participate in product development process, from ideation, concept and value proposition development to product discovery, product implementation and post launch monitoring.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with different internal stakeholders including Business Development Team, Pricing Team, wider Product Team, Legal team, Marketing Team etc., to drive product and business outcomes.
- Create product and value proposition, performing competitor analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in the market. Make recommendations of market positioning of own products.
- Assist commercial product manager in creating go-to-market strategy for product launches.
- Assist commercial product manager in collating, defining, and summarising business and product requirements and prepare customer documentations.
- Assist commercial product manager in measuring product success, mapping out product metrics as well as driving product optimisation and recommendation.
- Participate in product and project lifecycle to ensure the deliverable meet business needs.
Work in the area of pricing and:
- examine and assess data from a variety of sources, ranging from competitor pricing data to customer segment profiles and cost data, and prepare the pricing with strong and brief recommendations.
- collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to understand the product requirement, align interest, solve the right problem to manage performance and add-value to business.
- develop and improve pricing model, business cases for new products and enhancements to existing products.
- identify opportunities to improve product, pricing, and cost to achieve sales, revenue, and profit growth.
- perform profitability analysis of book of business and recommends pricing actions based on segment performance and ensure device protection portfolio remains competitive within pricing and business strategy is fully implemented.
- maintain in depth knowledge of partner businesses, product offering and device protection development in the global markets.
