Job Description

Bomb Battle is on the lookout for a Business Development Executive who’s ready to build, hustle, and grow in a fast-moving startup environment. If you thrive on creating opportunities, closing deals, and building something from the ground up, this is your chance to make a real impact.

  • Lead and manage the corporate sales pipeline, driving revenue growth through team-building and event bookings.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to attract corporate clients and expand market reach.
  • Respond promptly to corporate inquiries, understanding client needs and tailoring proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high retention and repeat business.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials with the marketing team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, researching and targeting key corporate clients.
  • Represent Bomb Battle at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless event execution and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  • Drive sales performance, track KPIs, and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.

Job Requirements

  • Startup-minded – comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • 3+ years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • A natural relationship builder and deal closer with strong negotiation skills.
  • Driven and hungry to grow revenue and earn based on performance.
  • A creative problem solver, always spotting new opportunities.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple deals, clients, and projects at once.
  • Confident in creating and pitching engaging proposals and presentations.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a small but fast-moving team.
  • Willing to attend events, client meetings, and engagements outside regular hours when needed.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Excel.
