What You’ll Be Doing

• Hunt & secure new corporate clients for events, trainings, team buildings, and HRDC programs
• Pitch like a pro, close like a champ – and do it again
• Build long-term, profitable relationships with decision-makers
• Collaborate with our creative team to deliver unique, high-impact programs
• Hit and exceed targets – the bigger the win, the bigger your paycheque

Job Requirements

• Experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Events, or HRDC Training Programs
• Strong Presentation & Negotiation Skills
• Not Afraid of Cold Calls, Walk-Ins, or Chasing the Big Fish
• Obsessed with Hitting KPIs and Bringing in Results
• Fresh-Thinking, Proactive, and FAST. You’ll fit right in if you’re the type who can’t sit still.
