We’re scaling fast — and we need someone who can think like a strategist, pitch like a closer, and move like a founder.

👊 What You’ll Do:

• Hunt new opportunities across markets
• Craft proposals that make clients go “we need this.”
• Follow up like a pro. Remind, repackage, re-pitch — until they say yes.
• Track your pipeline, manage your targets, and obsess over conversion
• Suggest new packages, angles, or partnerships to grow revenue
• Collaborate with events, marketing, and ops — everyone’s hands-on here
• Attend events, expos, networking — wherever the leads are, you're there

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales or biz dev experience (team building, events, training, or attractions = bonus)
• You’re a hunter — not afraid to cold call, knock doors, or DM prospects
• You know how to sell value, not just price
• Strong communicator — both in writing and in person
• You love moving fast, closing deals, and tracking your wins
• You thrive in a startup environment: messy, exciting, experimental
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with HR, L&D teams, or schools
