Job Description
As a Growth Content Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving social media growth, and executing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, enquiries, and bookings.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who takes initiative and enjoys turning ideas into measurable results.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Plan and create engaging content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, posts)
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars
- Produce short-form videos to promote attractions, events, and promotions
- Work closely with operations team to capture real customer experiences
- Ensure consistent posting across all platforms
2️⃣ Campaign Execution & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for:
- Birthday bookings
- Corporate team building
- School outings
- Seasonal promotions
- Work with digital ads team to improve campaign performance
- Track and optimise cost per lead and conversion rates
3️⃣ Creative Ideation & Brand Growth
- Propose fresh campaign ideas and promotional concepts
- Stay updated with trends and social media algorithms
- Initiate collaborations with influencers and partners
- Support mall activations and brand awareness initiatives
4️⃣ Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor engagement, reach, leads, and booking performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
- Suggest data-driven improvements to increase results

Job Requirements
👤 Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or content marketing
- Strong skills in short-form video content creation (Master in IG edits, Capcut is a must)
- Good understanding of social media platforms & trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Results-oriented with strong execution ability
- Interest in entertainment, events, or lifestyle brands is a plus
