Job Description

Game Development:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for gameplay features, systems, and mechanics.
• Implement core game functionality, including physics, AI, UI, and player interactions.
• Optimize game performance for various platforms.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with game designers and artists to integrate assets and ensure gameplay aligns with the creative vision.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve bugs or technical issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members when needed.

Engine and Tools:

• Develop and customize game engines or tools to support project needs.
• Optimize workflows for asset creation, testing, and debugging.
• Stay updated on advancements in game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.

Debugging and Testing:

• Identify and fix issues, ensuring stability and smooth gameplay.
• Conduct rigorous testing for compatibility, performance, and functionality across devices.
• Create and maintain debugging tools and processes.

Documentation:

• Produce technical documentation for systems, tools, and codebases.
• Document processes to support future development and onboarding.

Job Requirements

• Good understanding of Unity and C#
• 3 years of Unity development experience or equivalent
• Familiarity with git
• Familiarity with project management softwares as well as code reviews
• Familiarity with writing tests
• Experience with shaders and other graphics implementation tools
