Job Description

. 1.Lead Handling & Conversion

  • Respond immediately to leads.
  • Follow up on warm leads within same-day SLA.
  • Qualify prospects based on pax, event type, budget, and objectives.
  • Recommend suitable packages 
  • Close bookings directly 

2. Sales Documentation & Coordination

  • Prepare documentation to confirmed clients.
  • Tag all leads by source, deal size, and event type for weekly reporting.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams (events, ops, creative) to ensure client expectations are aligned and delivered.

3. Client Communication & Upselling

  • Send follow-ups to unconverted leads using WhatsApp templates, calls, or emails.
  • Upsell premium add-ons 
  • Propose value-added bundles during school holiday, birthday, and corporate promo campaigns.
  • Handle basic post-sale support (handover to events team for large-scale events).


Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years sales experience (attractions, event sales, gym, travel, tourism, or call centre a bonus)
  • Sharp, confident communicator who knows how to “push” without sounding pushy
  • Fast-thinking, target-driven, and not afraid to chase leads until closed
  • Strong command of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Canva/Deck tools
  • Multi-tasking under pressure with high urgency and ownership
  • Strong written communication (messages must sound convincing and exciting!)
