🌟Client Support & Coordination

• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure client requirements are well-communicated and followed through.
• Assist in compiling client briefs, preparing checklists, and tracking timelines for corporate events, team buildings, and birthday packages.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders (creative, ops, tech) to align deliverables with sales promises.

📊 Business Research & Vendor Sourcing

• Research companies, potential leads, or new business sectors (corporates, schools, events, agencies).
• Identify and contact potential vendors or suppliers for event-related requirements (catering, props, logistics, etc.).
• Maintain a database of vendors and contacts for efficient event support.

🎨 Proposal & Deck Creation (Must be Creative!)

• Assist in preparing PowerPoint and Canva decks for client proposals and presentations.
• Infuse proposals with brand-aligned visuals, engaging layouts, and clear messaging.
• Work with the creative team to update sales templates and presentation formats.

📁 Sales Admin & Documentation Support

• Support the sales team in updating CRM records, quotation tracking, and client lists.
• Prepare sales orders, client brief forms, and assist in post-event documentation.

🚀 Growth Mindset & Learning Drive

• Take initiative to learn about Bomb Battle’s various products, customer types, and brand tone.
• Be open to taking on new tasks from helping during events to brainstorming new pitch angles.
• Constantly suggest improvements for client journey, outreach, or content.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Canva.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude; must be a fast learner and self-driven.
• Comfortable communicating in English (spoken & written); Mandarin/BM a bonus.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with urgency and initiative.
• Able to attend weekends requirements (if any)
