Job Description

Event Ideation & Research

• Assist in brainstorming new event formats, school tour programs, holiday campaigns, and thematic activations.
• Research relevant upcoming carnivals, HR events, roadshows, and school fairs that Bomb Battle can participate in.
• Reach out to event organizers to request for booth opportunities, partnerships, or visibility slots.
• Propose ideas for seasonal campaigns (Halloween, CNY, Merdeka, etc.) with suggested activities or promos.

Event Coordination & Planning

• Prepare event checklists, timelines, setup maps, and basic coordination documents.
• Coordinate internal teams on event deliverables and responsibilities.
• Help with booking of logistics (transport, backdrops, props, equipment, etc.) when needed.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure event messaging and visuals align with Bomb Battle's brand.

 On-Ground Event Execution

• Support the setup and teardown of booths, décor, banners, and game stations.
• Assist in managing guest flow, prize redemption, on-site registration, or activity supervision.
• Brief customers, distribute flyers, or demo games when required.
• Capture photos and videos for marketing team use (behind-the-scenes and live action).

 Internal Event Planning

• Assist in planning and executing internal staff events (e.g. appreciation day, team building, product launches).
• Coordinate vendors, meals, and activities for Bomb Battle’s internal celebration days.
• Prepare signages, staff name tags, feedback forms, and debrief materials.

Post-Event Documentation

• Collect photos/videos and organize them for reporting and marketing.
• Support in compiling post-event feedback, recap decks, and internal reviews.
• Help document learnings, SOP improvements, or new checklist templates.

Job Requirements

• Currently studying Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field.
• Passionate about branding, experiential events, and people-facing roles.
• Great with multitasking, logistics planning, and basic documentation.
• Willing to work weekends or public holidays based on event schedule.
• Fast learner, resourceful, and willing to hustle on-ground.
• Bonus: Familiar with Canva, Google Drive, Instagram Reels, or simple video editing.
