Event Coordination Support

• Assist the sales team in planning and coordinating requirements for team building events, birthday parties, and group bookings.
• Communicate with clients to gather event details, preferences, and special requests.
• Help prepare event materials such as itineraries, certificates, attendance lists, and activity setups.

Sales Support & Admin

• Follow up with clients on event confirmations, payments, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and event briefs.
• Maintain event checklists and ensure all client requirements are properly recorded.

On-Ground Event Assistance

• Support the execution of events (when required): setup, guest registration, coordination, and ensuring smooth flow.
• Assist the project lead or sales lead during events (corporate, school, and birthday).

Internal Coordination

• Liaise with operations, creative, and marketing teams to ensure all event requirements are prepared on time.
• Update internal records, event calendars, and post-event reports.

Learning & Exposure

• Gain hands-on experience in event planning, sales support, guest experience, and B2B client servicing.
• Learn how large-scale team building & recreational events are executed from start to end.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communications, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills – able to speak confidently with clients and internal teams.
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Docs, Canva is a bonus).
• Passion for events, team building, and people-facing roles is a plus.
• Able to commit at least 3–6 months for the internship.
