Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on, energetic Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of Bomb Battle. You will ensure smooth running of the outlet, deliver an amazing guest experience, manage a team, and drive revenue. This role has a clear career progression to Area Manager as we continue expanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all games/attractions run smoothly.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the outlet team (Game Masters, Hosts, Supervisors).
• Handle customer service, guest satisfaction, and onsite issue resolution.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep according to Bomb Battle SOPs.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and daily cash/closing procedures.
• Support corporate events, school groups, and birthday parties.
• Work closely with cross teams to improve performance.
• Monitor outlet performance and achieve monthly revenue & operational KPIs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in operations, retail, F&B, attractions, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication skills and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and stay calm under pressure.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours.
• Basic understanding of equipment/technical troubleshooting is an advantage.
