This internship is designed for individuals who want to explore the world of tourism, attraction management, and event management while learning from experienced professionals in the field. As an intern, you will actively participate in managing attractions and ensuring the seamless operation of our tourism offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Guest Relations:

• Assist in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ensure guests have all the information they need for a memorable experience.

2. Event Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with the event management team to plan and execute various events.
• Support event logistics, including setup, registration, and coordination of activities.
• Assist in ensuring that events run smoothly and meet guest expectations.

3. Attraction Management:

• Participate in the operation and maintenance of our attractions, ensuring they are safe and appealing to guests.
• Collaborate with attraction staff to coordinate schedules and provide support as needed.
• Contribute to the development of attraction improvement plans.

4.Administrative Support:

• Help with administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and filing.
• Assist in inventory management and procurement of supplies for attraction operation.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

5.Customer Feedback and Improvement:

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, especially related to attraction experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to implement enhancements to the guest experience and attraction operation.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving Bomb Battle's reputation in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Tourism, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Enthusiasm for the tourism and hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
