As an intern, you will actively participate in managing attractions and ensuring the seamless operation of our tourism offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Guest Relations:

<li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues.</li>
<li>Ensure guests have all the information they need for a memorable experience.</li>
</ul>
2. Event Planning and Coordination:

<li>Collaborate with the event management team to plan and execute various events.</li>
<li>Support event logistics, including setup, registration, and coordination of activities.</li>
<li>Assist in ensuring that events run smoothly and meet guest expectations.</li>
</ul>
3. Attraction Management:
<ul>
<li>Participate in the operation and maintenance of our attractions, ensuring they are safe and appealing to guests.</li>
<li>Collaborate with attraction staff to coordinate schedules and provide support as needed.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of attraction improvement plans.</li>
</ul>
4.Administrative Support:

<li>Help with administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and filing.</li>
<li>Assist in inventory management and procurement of supplies for attraction operation.</li>
<li>Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.</li>
</ul>
5.Customer Feedback and Improvement:
