Creative Content Creator | BON Estates

The Vibe:

Most creatives get a product. You get entire neighbourhoods. At BON Estates, you’re on the creative frontline, turning real homes and real developments into stories people want to be part of. We need someone who’s obsessed with brand storytelling and knows how to make a property look and feel like home. What you make will be seen by thousands of people every day, and some of them will end up becoming our buyers.

Your Mission:

• Own the feed: Run our presence on LinkedIn, Meta (IG/FB), TikTok and XiaoHongShu. 
• Shoot photo & video: Capture our projects on the ground, from show units and construction progress to handover days and community events. You’ll shoot with cameras, gimbals and our drone, so you need to be comfortable behind the lens and in the air.
• Master the edit: Make sharp, fast-paced videos in CapCut or Adobe. You know how to hook people in the first 3 seconds.
• Design that pops: Create carousels and graphics people actually want to share.
• Get stuff done: You’re our Swiss Army knife. One day you’re helping the team at a key handover, the next you’re designing a job banner for HR. If it needs doing, we know you’ll handle it.

❌Red Flags (Please Don’t Apply If...):

• You work slowly. We move fast. If one 15-second video takes you 3 days, this won’t work.
• You’re disorganized. We juggle multiple platforms. If your files and schedule are messy, you’ll get buried quickly.
• You panic when things change. Plans shift all the time here. We need someone who can pivot and stay calm.
• You’re not okay with our schedule. This is a regular office-hours role, with some weekend work when projects need it (extra pay included). We take punctuality and attendance seriously, so if you’re often late or absent, this isn’t the role for you. 
• You wait to be told what to do. We want problem-solvers with a can-do attitude, not order-takers.

Job Requirements

Who You Are:

• Background: Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Creative Media or something related. That said, we care more about what you can do and how committed you are than what’s on your degree.
• A creator: You have a portfolio or personal feed that shows your editing and design skills.
• Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro, CapCut and Canva. Big plus if you’re really good at using AI tools for creative work.
• Behind the lens: Hands-on experience with photography and videography gear. We have a drone, and we need someone who can fly it.
• Language: Strong English. Mandarin is a big plus for XHS content.
• Personality: Sharp, organized, committed and hungry to learn.
