PalFish, established in 2015, is a rapidly growing online English learning platform with its headquarters in China, employing over 4,000 staff. With thriving branches in Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia, PalFish continues to expand its success across Asia. We are seeking passionate and driven Education Sales Consultant to join our Malaysia team. In this role, you’ll promote PalFish’s online English courses, helping clients discover the benefits of our platform and guiding them through the enrollment process.

What You'll Do:

Engage potential customers through inbound and outbound channels

Understand customer needs and present the right PalFish learning solutions

Convert leads into paying users by highlighting the value of our online programs

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve the customer experience

Track progress using CRM tools and hit monthly sales targets

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, proficiency in Cantonese is advantageous.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow

Tech-savvy with the ability to work independently and remotely

Passionate about education and helping people succeed
