Job Description

主要职责：

为社交媒体、网站、广告及营销活动开发创意概念与内容；

撰写符合品牌调性的吸引人文案，包括标题、脚本及广告文案；

策划、拍摄及编辑适用于 TikTok、Facebook、Instagram、YouTube 等平台的照片与视频；

与市场团队合作，基于活动、趋势及品牌方向进行内容头脑风暴；

制作高质量的视觉素材，包括社交媒体帖文、横幅、信息图表及印刷材料；

确保所有创意产出符合品牌形象与规范；

根据不同格式、平台及受众需求，调整与优化设计；

关注行业趋势、热门内容形式及设计最佳实践；

管理并整理创意文件，确保便于访问和重复使用；

协助内容排期与发布。

l Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts and content for social media, websites, ads, and marketing campaigns.

Write engaging captions, scripts, and copy aligned with the brand voice.

Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for multiple platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm content ideas based on campaigns, trends, and brand direction.

Create high-quality visual assets including social media posts, banners, infographics, and printed materials.

Maintain brand identity guidelines across all creative output.

Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, and audiences.

Stay up to date with industry trends, viral content formats, and design best practices.

Manage and organize creative files for easy access and reuse.

Assist in content scheduling and publishing.

Job Requirements

英文和中文普通话流利，马来文流利更佳；

拥有设计、多媒体、市场营销或相关领域的文凭/学位；

有可展示的设计作品集及内容创作经验；

熟练使用设计工具（Canva、Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator、Premiere Pro/After Effects 或类似软件）；

拥有创意思维，能够在紧迫的截止日期内完成工作；

熟悉付费广告素材设计（Meta、TikTok等）。

Diploma/Degree in Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.

Proven portfolio showcasing design work and content creation.

Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects or similar).

Creative mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with paid ad creatives (Meta, TikTok and so on).

Skills
