TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage customer support tools and CRM software；Assist parents and students in understanding and utilizing the platform effectively；
2. Communicate with parents to share updates and recommendations
3. Provide personalized English learning support；Manage a portfolio of students and ensure service quality；Monitor student progress and give actionable feedback； 
4. Use social media to create a learning community, regularly share study- related information in the group, design and organize group learning activities, and enhance students' learning effectsoutcomes.

工作职责

1. 管理客户支持工具和CRM软件；协助家长和学生有效理解并使用平台；
2. 与家长沟通，分享学习进展与改进建议；
3. 提供个性化的英语学习支持；管理学员档案并确保服务质量；监控学生学习进度并提供可执行的反馈；
4. 通过社交媒体建立学习社区，定期在群组中分享学习相关信息，设计并组织小组学习活动，提升学生的学习效果。

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above. Majors in Education, English, or related fields are preferred, but candidates from other backgrounds with strong English skills are also welcome.
2. Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese; 
3. Minimum of 1-year of experience in teaching, tutoring, or student service experience.  
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
