Key Responsibilities

<li>Support project planning and operational coordination, including liaising with suppliers and partners.</li>
<li>Assist with pre-event preparation, logistics management, and on-site event support (setup, dismantling, guest coordination).</li>
<li>Help monitor timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth execution.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and event collateral.</li>
<li>Contribute to post-event reporting and evaluation to support continuous improvement.</li>
