Job Description

• Oversee and ensure food quality and consistency across outlets.
• Conduct routine outlet checks to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
• Support daily outlet operations when needed (service flow, coordination, basic troubleshooting).
• Monitor staff performance and highlight areas for improvement.
• Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet brand standards.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining smooth outlet performance.
• Report findings and updates to management regularly.

Job Requirements

• Possess own transport (car required for outlet visits)
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and handle multiple outlets/tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to travel between outlets
• Basic understanding of F&B operations is an advantage
• Preferred:
  - Male
  - Mandarin speaker
