What You'll Do

As a Project Leader, you will gain highly entrepreneurial experience and working alongside some of the world's top minds in management consulting. You will advise clients on executive level in the energy sector, supporting them to improve or transform their businesses and achieve excellence in what they do as we work to deliver lasting impact in a highly dynamic environment.

You will lead diverse and high performing project teams enabling them to find the right approach, motivate them to deliver on time and to achieve long-term impact for our clients. You will also drive and orchestrate the majority of the project related client interactions ensuring a constructive collaboration with our clients.

You will be challenged out of your comfort zone, significantly widen your scope of expertise and experience a steep learning curve both professionally and personally. Along this exciting journey you will be supported by senior mentors, excellent research and knowledge teams and career development experts which will help you to become highly successful in reaching both your personal and professional goals.



What You'll Bring

At Project Leader level you would need minimum 10 years of experience mixing:

  • Industry experience in roles with strategic focus in areas related to oil & gas, power & utilities and/or energy transition
  • Experience in management consulting
  • Experience in managing teams, devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization and communication of strategic solutions
  • Superior problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a demanding environment
  • Exceptional drive and commitment striving for excellence
  • Highly self-driven, well-structured yet flexible, able to think strategically / end-to-end
  • High level of agility, eager to develop new skills and areas of expertise
  • High level of adaptability to a frequently changing professional and social working environment
  • Willingness to travel according to business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kazakh and English. Russian language is an advantage
