The Sales &amp; Marketing Executive (Freight Forwarding) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, securing new accounts, and promoting our sea/air/land freight services. As a founding member of this department, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our market presence and building long-term relationships with shippers and consignees.

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Acquisition: Convert prospects into active accounts by offering tailored logistics solutions (LCL, FCL, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage).
- Quotations: Prepare and present competitive freight quotations and service proposals to clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain a clean database of prospects and active accounts, tracking the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing
<ins>2. Marketing &amp; Brand Positioning</ins>
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments to keep our services competitive.
- Promotion: Assist in creating marketing materials (company profiles, newsletters, or social media updates) to increase brand visibility.
- Customer Retention: Manage post-sales relationships to ensure high service satisfaction and secure repeat business

<ins>3. Coordination &amp; Strategy</ins>
- Internal Liaison: Work closely with the Operations and Pricing teams to ensure service delivery matches client expectations.
- Feedback Loop: Provide regular reports on sales targets, market challenges, and customer feedback to help refine our long-term sales strategy.
