Job Description
Support the management and development of cyber behavioural digital products, including the planning and global implementation of new products. Translate user feedback and research into digital product features. Build intuitive dashboards for core stakeholders to consume cyber behaviours data as well as how we can present our behaviour priorities and metrics. Highlight and deliver continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on how we can leverage AI and automation to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our cyber behaviours products, processes and measurement. Support incoming channels and query management from employees. Promote cyber behaviours and support relationships with Asia Pac stakeholders, including supporting our global awareness campaigns and cyber ambassador network.
