Job Description
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models within our global Planning tool Kinaxis. This includes appropriately cleansing historical events, running robust statistical modelling, and deciding what is appropriate Intelligence to include looking forward.
Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, forecast value and forecast bias, by working at multiple levels of granularity, identifying and addressing deviations for action and alignment with the Portfolio Sales team.
Provide ongoing insights on demand trends, seasonality, and risks to improve planning accuracy.
