Job Description

  • Lead Change & Transformation activities for S/4 implementation, ensuring alignment with functional and system requirements and translating these into actionable plans.
  • Drive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and curriculum design to meet the diverse needs of user groups
  • Support Change Impact Assessments (CIA) by identifying, analyzing, and validating impacts, including entity confirmation and localization. Secure Troika (Governance) approval for CIAs.
  • Collaborate with key partners to understand the scope and depth of changes and their interpersonal impact.
  • Define UAT scope in partnership with relevant teams.
  • Establish and maintain a robust change network across bp to ensure engagement and support for S/4 deployment.
  • Communicate impactful changes clearly, ensuring employees understand the significance and implications for daily activities.
  • Secure commitment from key internal and external partners to actively support deployment.
  • Integrate with other Quantum Programme teams to optimize change delivery.
  • Develop and sustain networks of Finance & Business Change Champions, Super Users, and Team Leads.
  • Support execution of change activities to embed new behaviors, practices, and processes, including dependencies (e.g., Workday, Data Lake, Business Warehouse).
  • Lead Business Readiness activities, including supervising BCC plans and readiness project plans.
  • Collaborate across workstreams to align related change impacts for program/project input.
  • Support role mapping for end users.
  • Assist in communication and engagement initiatives to drive adoption.
  • Coordinate training delivery, including onboarding trainers, localizing materials, conducting TNA, scheduling, and execution.
  • Monitor business stability metrics pre- and post-launch to measure stabilization.
  • Embrace agile principles and ways of working throughout the program.
