Architecture Leadership: Develop and maintain enterprise-level architecture roadmaps and reference models for Salesforce and related business process management platforms. Hands-On Design & Delivery: Architect, design, and guide the delivery of scalable, secure, and modern applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise and digital security standards. Developer Enablement: Create tools and patterns to improve the developer experience and productivity across Salesforce and full-stack technologies. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and engineering teams to align technology capabilities with business outcomes. Innovation & Continuous Learning: Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations that support business agility and long-term strategic goals. Safety & Compliance: Advocate for and integrate operational safety and digital security principles in all architectural decisions.
