Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies for packaging across the ASPAC region, including spend profiling and market intelligence.

Lead sophisticated negotiations with key packaging suppliers, ensuring optimal terms, pricing, and service levels.

Apply Agility core practices and Agility tools to streamline procurement processes and enhance responsiveness to business needs.

Conduct thorough business requirements analysis to ensure packaging solutions align with operational demands and strategic goals.

Proactively lead and develop strong, collaborative relationships with key packaging suppliers, driving performance and identifying innovation opportunities.

Apply sophisticated analytical thinking to identify cost-saving opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve procurement efficiency.

Demonstrate fluency by employing technologies and data analytics to advise procurement decisions and optimize outcomes.

Prepare detailed negotiation plans and prepare for all significant packaging contracts.

Keep abreast of product and market intelligence within the packaging industry to advise strategic sourcing decisions and identify emerging trends.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure alignment on packaging requirements and delivery.
