Job Description

Develop and implement procurement strategies for Base Oils and Additives within the ASPAC region, aligning with global procurement objectives.

Conduct in-depth category spend profiling and market intelligence to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.

Lead complex negotiations with suppliers, applying strong negotiation planning and preparation to achieve optimal terms and conditions.

Lead and nurture robust supplier relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Translate business requirements into actionable procurement strategies and sourcing initiatives.

Use Agility core practices and Agility tools to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency.

Drive digital fluency within procurement operations, demonstrating technology to improve data analysis and decision-making.

Monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon indicators and implement corrective actions as necessary.
