Drive hands-on development of sophisticated features and customizations Lead design and implementation of reusable components, services, and libraries Design integration flows using REST, platform events, and external services Apply advanced Apex patterns for scalable, maintainable architecture Resolve complex metadata conflicts and ensure high deployment success rates Guide developers on reuse, standardization, and documentation Enforce code quality and technical debt cleanup through reviews and automation Collaborate with BAs, Admins, QAs, and multi-functional teams for feature delivery Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standard methodologies Full development lifecycle across orgs ​ Active role in CI/CD, version control, and metadata management Work closely with product owners, testers, and architects ​ Provide effort estimates, technical insights, and mentoring
