Job Description

Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned projects, aligning with BP's overall business objectives.

Conduct comprehensive market analysis and supplier landscaping to identify optimal sourcing opportunities.

Lead the full tender process, including RFP/RFQ development, evaluation, and negotiation, applying strong negotiating skills and negotiation planning and preparation.

Draft, review, and finalize complex contracts, ensuring adherence to legal and company requirements (Contract Creation, Contract handover and implementation).

Proactively lead supplier relationships, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement in supplier performance (Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Management).

Apply Agility core practices and Agility tools to streamline sourcing processes and adapt to changing project needs.

Apply strong analytical thinking to evaluate proposals, assess risks, and make data-driven sourcing decisions.

Demonstrate strong business sense to understand project requirements and their impact on overall business goals.

Ensure rigorous Supplier Selection processes are followed, including due diligence and risk assessments.

Leverage Digital Fluency to enhance sourcing efficiency and adopt new technologies.

Oversee the effective Contract Management throughout the project lifecycle.
