Job Description
Financial Record-Keeping:
- Assist with maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers.
- Help with reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Data Entry:
- Enter financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices and prepare payments to vendors.
- Assist with tracking and managing accounts receivable and collections.
Financial Reporting:
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Assist in gathering and organizing data for audits and financial reviews.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
- Assist with filing documents and maintaining organized records.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions and records.
Job Requirements
- Commencement date: As soon as possible
- Education: Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Finance or other related degrees (fresh graduates or final year students are welcome)
- Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
