Job Description

 Supplier Management:

• Assist with sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers.
• Maintain and update supplier information and contact details.
• Help with supplier communication and coordination.

Purchase Orders:

• Create and process purchase orders.
• Track and manage orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to orders or deliveries.

Data Entry and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of purchases and procurement activities.
• Prepare reports and documents related to procurement activities.
• Update and manage inventory records.

Market Research:

• Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and market trends.
• Analyze pricing and product information to support decision-making.

Administrative Support:

• Support the procurement team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing documentation.
• Assist with maintaining procurement systems and databases.

Job Requirements

1. Commencement date: As soon as possible
2. Education: Bachelor of Supply Chain Management or other related degrees (fresh graduates or final year students are welcome)
3. Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
