<li>Assist in developing marketing campaigns, tactics, and strategies for the precious metals business, and in particular catalytic converter recycling</li>
<li>Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns through media channels offline and online</li>
<li>Responsible for creative content writing for social media platforms which include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, blogs, and other marketing materials for brand awareness and lead generation</li>
<li>Attend to all customers’ inquiries and feedback from all communication channels</li>
<li>Research of market/industry/competitor information for marketing and idea development to raise brand awareness and capture qualified leads</li>
<li>Coordinate and arrange for the production of marketing materials</li>
<li>Work closely with the Business Development team to execute digital marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Manage and enhance online content, with the use of SEO and Google Analytics</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring competition and provide new ideas for improvement</li>
<li>Assist in updating CRM leads when required</li>

The Digital Marketing Executive shall assist the Marketing Manager in the planning, execution, and optimization of the Company’s online marketing efforts.
