Job Description
- Plan and coordinate the logistics arrangement in the set up and dismantle locations
- Full handle event/exhibition set up and dismantling independently
- Dealing with clients from various nationalities on their request and solve their enquiries effectively Handling and controling vendors independently
- Sourcing information and new vendors
- Capable to handle last minute event and exhibition matters initiatively

Job Requirements
- Good command of English.
- Candidates able to speak in mandarin/Cantonese preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin/Cantonese speaking suppliers.
- Strong interest in Exhibition & Event industry
- Applicants must be able to adapt to irregular working hours during set-up days and traveling outstation/oversea
- Be a team player with good interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
- Hardworking and independent
- Possess own transport
