Job Description

• Manage product listings and promotions across various online platforms, including TikTok Shop, Lazada & Shopee Shop and our e-commerce website.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyse sales data, and optimise product performance.
• Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Collaborate with designer to develop compelling visuals, videos, and copy.
• Track content performance and engagement, and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Enhance TikTok livestreaming plan to engage and convert viewers into customers.
• Coordinate with live hosts to plan and execute livestreaming sessions.
• Analyse livestream performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies to maximise viewership and sales.

Job Requirements

• This is a WFO (work from office) position.
• Proficiency in English and Bahsa. 
• Able to read and speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Experience in digital marketing will be an advantage ( CPAS, Google Shopping Ads, Tiktok Ads )
• Experience in marketplace seller centers and multichannel ecommerce software will be an advantage.
• Attentio to detail, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player, proactive, passionate, fast-paced with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
