Job Description

• Study design briefs and determine requirements from client and supervisor.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements from client and guidance from supervisor.
• Work with copywriters and art director to create and adapt design materials for print and digital collateral.
• Ensure copywriting, graphics and layouts are on-brief.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.

Job Requirements

• This is a WFO (work from office) position.
• Passion for learning and growing in the design & marketing field.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Creative suite.
• Motion graphic skills is a plus.
• Ability to read and write Chinese is a plus.
• Good understanding of the latest design trends and techniques.
• Demonstrated communication and creative skills.
• Hands-on experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
