Job Description
- Planning, formulating and executing advertising, marketing, promotion, digital and social media strategies for clients
- Client servicing, developing and identifying new businesses
- Ensure that clients’ campaigns are properly planned and executed to deliver against campaign objectives
- Propose and pitch concepts and creative ideas to clients
- Support in all aspects of projects, eg. ideation and writing reports for the clients and agency management team
- Measure and report performance of campaigns against objectives
- Be the primary liaison for client accounts and keep both client and internal management updated on campaign progress
- Liaise with CS team and marketing team members
Job Requirements
- This is a Work from Office (WFO) position
- Malaysians only please
- Experience in Client Servicing, campaign management or a similar position is a plus!
- Experience in Digital Marketing is another plus!
- Good written and verbal communication skills In English. Mandarin/Cantonese is yet another plus!!
- Understanding and experience with PPC, web analytics, social media and web development
- Flexible and willing to continuously learn by experience and advice
