Job Description

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on exposure to various aspects of digital marketing, including content creation, SEO, social media marketing, website content management, and marketing research.

As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with experienced marketers and gain practical experience in planning and executing marketing initiatives for clients across different industries. This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable industry skills while gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and editing content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
• Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities, including keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
• Assist in planning, creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media content across various platforms.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Assist in managing and updating website content using content management systems (e.g. WordPress).
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing projects and tasks are completed according to timelines.
• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Perform other ad-hoc marketing, administrative, and operational tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Passionate about marketing, content creation, social media, and digital trends.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with content writing, SEO, or website management is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Mandarin language is required for the role to handle Mandarin content creation for Xiaohongshu and communicate with Chinese clients.
• Possess own laptop.
• Working location: Walking distance from Hang Tuah LRT station
