<li>Assist customers with order placement using magento CMS platform, product inquiries, and order-related issues.</li>
<li>Provide optimal suggestions to customers to purchase other relevant products that would be beneficial to customers and (or) enjoy maximum benefit of any ongoing campaigns and promotions in TWS website.</li>
<li>Provide guidance on payment processes and resolve customer concerns promptly.</li>
<li>Reach out to customers for payment clarifications, exchanges, and refunds.</li>
<li>Maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing customer inquiries.</li>
<li>Process orders in Magento and ensure accurate delivery of payment links to customers.</li>
<li>Handle inquiries regarding order status, amendments, cancellations, and returns.</li>
<li>Clarify product details, warranty information, and usage instructions for customers.</li>
<li>Liaise with merchants to obtain accurate product information when needed.</li>
<li>Build rapport with customers and identify upselling opportunities during interactions.</li>
<li>Meet or exceed upsell targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.</li>
