Job Description

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with order placement using magento CMS platform, product inquiries, and order-related issues.
  • Provide optimal suggestions to customers to purchase other relevant products that would be beneficial to customers and (or) enjoy maximum benefit of any ongoing campaigns and promotions in TWS website.
  • Provide guidance on payment processes and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Reach out to customers for payment clarifications, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing customer inquiries.
  • Process orders in Magento and ensure accurate delivery of payment links to customers.
  • Handle inquiries regarding order status, amendments, cancellations, and returns.
  • Clarify product details, warranty information, and usage instructions for customers.
  • Liaise with merchants to obtain accurate product information when needed.
  • Build rapport with customers and identify upselling opportunities during interactions.
  • Meet or exceed upsell targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

 

Job Requirements:

  • Open to fresh graduates, possess minimum SPM, Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
  • Experience in managing Live chats, emails, inbound & outbound calls.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English & Mandarin as the role requires to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Demonstrated ability in business writing and strong typing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in email, face-to-face conversations, and messenger discussions.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changes.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and sales acumen, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Willingness to work flexible (24/7) shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Passion for assisting customers and effectively promoting ongoing promotions on the TWS website (https://wondershop.sg/) and Mediacorp's promotion mechanics to drive sales.
