1. Must hold a Diploma or Degree in relevant fields.
2. At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center setting is required.
3. Minimum of 1 year experience in the Financial Services sector (e.g., Banking or Insurance).
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
5. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
6. Demonstrated strong interpersonal abilities and customer rapport-building skills.
7. Capable of thriving in a high-paced environment and managing heavy call volumes, live chat inquiries, and emails.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
9. Understanding of digital banking products and services.
