<p><strong>Sales and Lead Generation:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote various insurance products.</li>
<li>Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.</li>
<li>Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Customer Relationship Management:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication.</li>
<li>Address customer queries and concerns effectively, providing accurate information about insurance policies.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Target Achievement:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.</li>
<li>Ensure high conversion rates from leads to sales.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Compliance and Documentation:</strong></p>

<li>Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies during customer interactions.</li>
<li>Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.</li>
