  • Prepare quotation (New / Renewal)
  • Process the order requirement via CPQ
  • Handling new inquiries and complaints
  • CRM management to register & qualify opportunities
  • Consult supervisor & share deals progress, plan, and deliverables.
  • To ensure the cadence and hygiene of pipelines
  • Following up on orders
  • Managing customer complaints

Job Requirements

 

  • Candidate should possess a Primary / Secondary School, Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Marketing
  • Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experienced in using Salesforce, customer management and order processing will be a plus point
  • Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written
