Job Description
We are seeking an organised and proactive Retail Operations Executive to support daily store operations, inventory management, order fulfilment, customer service, and reporting.
- Manage daily store operations and maintain an organised retail environment.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and investigate discrepancies.
- Receive merchandise and coordinate stock replenishment and transfers.
- Process and pack online and in-store orders.
- Support customers with product enquiries, fittings, purchases, and exchanges.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with staff, suppliers, couriers, and internal departments.
- Support promotions, events, and new product launches.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using POS systems, spreadsheets, and inventory records.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
- Fashion or lifestyle retail experience is an advantage.
